Vatizol

VATIZOL - is ecological thermal and acoustical cellulose insulation that is manufactured by recycling newspaper paper through the process of grinding and mixing it with other components ensuring the necessary resistance to fire, rot, mould, insects, and rodents. It is used to insulate the indoor and outdoor constructions, roof-tops and trusses, attics, external walls and cross-pieces, ceilings and floors, and outdoor fronts. It is effective in preventing the thermal leak and thermal bridges, it ensures optimal interior and thermal-and-humidity parameters as well as high sound absorption capacity.

With the application device, applying the dry method, we blow into both open and closed spaces. When thermal-cladding the vented fronts using the ES – Ekocell Siding insulation system with a special jet, we perform thermal and acoustical insulation spraying with a bonding agent and water fog; this mixture is used for industrial and other types of constructions. The blowing and spraying methods are simple, fast, and effective, it is needless to de-construct structures, liquidate entire surfaces, or interfere with their construction in any other way.

VATIZOL possesses excellent insulation and acoustical properties; ensures the necessary resistance to fire, rot, mould, fungus, insects, and rodents; it is toxic-free and formaldehyde-free; it does not cause skin irritation; it provides a quality filler for all nooks. The application is fast and effective, without unnecessary disturbance in the surroundings.

VATIZOL is delivered in the pressed form in plastic bags of 60 × 40 × 33 cm in size, weighing 12.5 kg. When applying, the insulation gets fluffy again. It is possible to deliver single bags or, when agreed, also pallets. The product must be covered when transported. It is necessary to store the product in dry, windless spaces.
