The detached house Studénka ES − Ekocell Siding system

The facade of this new house in Studénka was completely reconstructed using the original insulation system ES - Ekocell Siding, which is a certified insulation system assuming savings of as much as 50 per cent of your insulation expenses. It ensures for a permanent dry-up of the building´s original brickwork, ideal - regarding the vapor diffusion - external walls´ thermal-humidity parameters, and, importantly from the perspective of your savings, prior to the reconstruction itself, it becomes needless to, in contrast to the usual conditions, fix the existing plaster and its apparent unevenness.

This particular detached house insulation process realization started in April 2014 and was finished in May 2014. Due to the fact that the project took place in spring, the residents can feel changes at the moment already, in August 2014, as the insulation not only, during winter, helps keep the interior warm but, on the other hand, during summer, helps protect the space from excessive heat, keeping the interior agreeable to be in.

Even though the house area is about 1500 m2, the needed amount of the WATISOL cellulose insulation was relatively small, making about 12.5 tons. This was caused by two main factors: the house is simple in shape and the construction is not too articulate.

The WATISOL cellulose insulation service life is virtually unlimited and when applied together with the Vinyl Siding complex system - which is very practical, resistant to mechanical damage, and ensures for the original construction´s modern look -, it decisively makes for the best choice bringing grand savings with a several-year return on investment.
